It was a nice experience. Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms and a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a sitting area included. The breakfast was varied and the service was accommodating. The marvellous and good location was next to St Michael's Church.

The staff was not very friendly.

My double room was large with balcony. The location was nice and unbeatable, on black Forest, convenient to go everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind with every request.

Fabulous food and attentive service. the staff is incredibly nice, and the location is marvellous—it’s just a 10-minute walk from the train and tram station, as well as nearby restaurants and the Kurhaus in the heart of the Black Forest. Plus, the hotel offers a panoramic view of the village. You’ll find a great selection of goodies at breakfast, making for a delightful start to your day.

The unit was incredibly comfortable, featuring a separate bath and a large balcony with a nice view. the breakfast was rich with a fantastic food selection. the location is great, just a short walk to everything.

The location in the Black Forest was fantastic and really hard to beat for us. Plus, it was just a quick stroll to a quirky folk museum. 🌲.

If you're looking for a comfortable and well-priced hotel right in the heart of town, this is a great choice. You'll be just a short walk away from a variety of shops and restaurants. the friendly staff and good breakfast are definite highlights, along with the private sauna and swimming pool. Although some of the rooms may be outdated, the large rooms with balconies and nice views more than make up for it. the only downside is the lack of English channels on the TV, but with everything else this hotel has to offer, that's a minor issue.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Bad Herrenalb. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town with easy access to restaurants and shops. The hotel's central position also made it convenient for exploring the local area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, my room had a lovely balcony which offered panoramic views of the village. It was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, overall everything was just fine.
